Introduction & Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to p888 — Pakistan's leading online sports betting and casino platform. These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you, the registered member, and p888. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the p888 platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

Account Security & Your Responsibilities

• Do not share your login details — username, password or verification codes — with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of the platform fully when using a shared or public device. Do not allow your browser to save your p888 login credentials on a shared device.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

p888 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.
• Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your p888 balance in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one business day for IBFT bank transfers.
• p888 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside p888's control.
• All funds deposited into your p888 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 2 hours during normal operating conditions. VIP members typically receive withdrawals within 30 minutes.
• p888 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Processing times for IBFT bank transfers may extend to one business day due to banking system schedules.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the bonus. Bonus funds that expire without meeting the wagering requirement are removed from your account without replacement.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and can be claimed once per household, device and mobile number. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• p888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected members with reasonable notice.

Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the p888 platform. By placing a bet, you accept these rules in full:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation message from p888. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid, regardless of any odds displayed at the time of placement.
• Odds errors: If p888 publishes an obviously incorrect odds price due to a system error, p888 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes to affected members.
• Match abandonment: If a cricket match is officially abandoned without a result being declared, all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Where a DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) result is declared, bets are settled on the official DLS outcome.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider for deposits legitimately credited to your p888 account. This constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Account Suspension, Restriction & Closure

p888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required time period after a verification request is issued.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law.
